Up before the enemy: 4:40AM
Prioritize and Execute: All the stuff to get ready for the challenge (posting here on the IC, pictures, etc)
Hydrate or Die: This one is easy. Nigeria is hot so I’m always drinking water
Clean Fuel: For the most part. Half a glass of champagne in the evening
No Sugar-coated Lies: Yes
