I was listening to my backlog of the Sketchplanations Podcast and came across the one about Tsundoku. Art by Jono Hey, who I already wrote about here: https://peoplegettingafterit.com/meeting-up-with-someone-who-gets-after-it/
And I realized that I have quite a lot of books that I haven’t finished over the years. This one in particular:

Jocko, don’t look down on me. It’s a thick book. Very unwieldy to carry in a diaper bag that’s stuffed full of three boys’ necessities. etc, etc etc. (But we all know what Jocko would say…)

Honestly, I haven’t made time for hard cover books in a while (besides my Bible and daily devotionals). I usually ‘read’ with an app I have on my phone that has an inbuilt reader, so I can take care of household chores and the children at the same time.
But this year, I’ll finally get around to finishing it. I promise. If all goes well, probably by the end of this month! 😉
