I’ve been asked a few times recently, ‘What do you do these days?’ and I figured if some people come out and ask, then maybe there will be a few that wonder but don’t ask.
The short answer is that I mainly homeschool my three boys. I cover academic and practical subjects, as well as theological topics.
But now that my youngest will be turning two soon, and the oldest has just turned nine, I will have more flexibility in my schedule.
I’ll be trying to learn more about running a website and various aspects of it. From what I can see, it’s not a costly hobby/skill unless you want it to be.
I also need to cut up my JcNuggests (mentioned last week) and find out what are the practicalities of running a YouTube channel.
I proofread as a side hustle too. It pays for this website and other little extras for the kids.
Of course, we (as a Mission Base) in Nigeria, still give Bible studies, run Zoom fellowships on Sundays, and regularly go out and visit people, mainly helping them to align their Bible studies with the practical day-to-day living.
